Established in 1982, G2 Fireworks has grown from a retail and wholesale supplier into one of the UK’s leading professional fireworks display companies.

Built on a reputation for quality, safety and innovation, the business expanded into bespoke events as demand increased, investing in new technology and training specialist teams to deliver large-scale displays.

A major milestone came in 1990 when G2 delivered a spectacular show at Remington Lake in Middlesbrough, attracting 15,000 spectators and helping establish the company as a trusted name for councils, corporate clients and major event organisers.

Since then, G2 has delivered some of the North East’s most high-profile displays, including Stockton’s fireworks event, which attracted more than 90,000 people and was rated among the UK’s top three displays by The Guardian.

In 2010, G2 created the finale for the Tall Ships event in Hartlepool, designing three individual shows using large-scale pyrotechnics for both live audiences and more than one million TV viewers. The company was also selected for the 2016 Tall Ships Race.

Today, G2 Fireworks continues to be recognised among the elite of the industry, with ambitions for further growth, including expansion into international markets.
