Make a date to join us for some of the most stunning firework displays you will ever see when six of the country’s leading professional pyrotechnic companies compete to become the the British Firework Champions 2026. Whether you bring a picnic or enjoy some of the fantastic food and drink available on Plymouth Hoe, there’s lots to enjoy in addition to the fireworks with a fun fair and live music.
In the competition, six leading firework display companies will each put on a 10-minute display to wow the crowds with lots of colour and big bangs over two nights in August (13-14).
Fired from Mountbatten Breakwater, the shows are guaranteed to be stunning whether you are watching from the Hoe, a boat or any of the many viewing points around Plymouth Sound.
With big crowds expected for this special Champion of Champions event, hotels are likely to get booked up early – so don’t leave it too late to book. You can find lots of information about places to stay here as well as things to do around the City.
In addition to incredible fireworks, there will be an abundance of other entertainment including a fun fair and live music on Plymouth Hoe.
